Mark Bonham, Principal

Mark Bonham brings more than 20 years of Internet and enterprise software marketing leadership to InterneXperts.  Previously, Mark was the founder and President of venture-backed Full Degree, a native-XML content management system.  Prior to Full Degree, Mark served as Vice President of Product Marketing at AdForce, where he led product strategy for what was, at the time, the second largest independent ad serving platform. Prior to AdForce, Mark was the original vice president of marketing at Exodus Communications, where he established the company’s marketing and business development functions and led the company through three private placements and a highly successful initial public offering. Earlier in his career, Mark held senior marketing positions at Sun Microsystems and 3Com, as well as management positions with Hewlett-Packard and Andersen Consulting. Mark holds a BA from Haverford College and was an F.C. Austin Scholar at Northwestern’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, where he earned an MBA in marketing, finance, business strategy, and international business. Leonard Dorfman, Principal

Len brings more than 15 years of internet and enterprise software marketing experience to InterneXperts.  Len has extensive marketing leadership experience with startups and emerging companies to deliver the next-generation social computing solutions to help organizations improve collaboration, productivity and knowledge sharing.  Previously, Len served as Director of Product Management at webMethods, where he was responsible for product strategy and marketing of an industry-leading business integration platform.  Before joining webMethods, Len was Director of Product Marketing at Full Degree, where he launched the company’s first native-XML content management system.  Len has additionally held senior product management and marketing positions at Oracle and Insignia Solutions. He began his professional career at Intel as a CAD Software Engineer.   Len earned an M.B.A. from Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.  You can reach Len at:

Larisa Gorbaty, Principal

Larisa is a senior marketing professional with over 15 year of experience in solutions marketing, product marketing, research and consulting.  Larisa has extensive experience in collaborating with a broad range or customers, capturing and understanding their requirements and transforming them into innovative solutions that fit their business objectives.  She has worked with industry leaders like Applied Materials and Intel where she managed service solutions that exceeded $75 million in annual revenue.  She also developed and brought to market first generation applications that enabled automatic knowledge sharing and improved efficiency.  Larisa started her career working as a consultant for Stanford Research Institute.  After SRI, she moved into a senior marketing roles for Varian, Novellus and Applied Materials.  Larisa holds an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University and B.S in Chemistry from Case Western Reserve University.  You can reach Larisa at:
