What We Do

We design and implement sales campaigns that supports each phase of the customer sales cycle. We define the customer sales cycle as including the following phases:

Emerging Interest Phase. This phase involves increasing market awareness of your products within your identified target markets. Many B2B products are purchased on a specific cycle, or by one or more events. The objective of this phase is to ensure that when the prospect has a need, that they are aware of your company and contact you.

Lead Generation Phase. This phase is primarily a direct-response initiative, where we proactively reach out to targeted prospects and incent them to respond for more information. We often use Internet advertising (e.g. search engine marketing) and targeted email promotions for lead generation, and we can integrate the generated leads directly into your SFA solution (e.g. SalesForce.Com).

Opportunity Phase. In the opportunity phase, leads are first evaluated and scored, resulting in a subset of qualified opportunities. The goal of this phase is to support the sales effort with a full-suite of sales tools and collateral that are targeted to the different requirements of the executive, functional, technical and economic buyers and influencers.

Installed Base Marketing (Upgrade / Renewals / Add Ons). After you have invested the time and energy to close a new account, we help you to target opportunities to farm the account to generate incremental product and service sale revenue.

We build metrics into every piece of the program, and we are very focused on tracking and optimizing the ROI of every campaign, regardless of how it’s implemented.

How Our Campaign Services Are Different

We make extensive use of Internet marketing because it can be an effective way to reach new audiences, and because it’s highly measurable. We work extensively with social media, Internet advertising, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and email marketing.
